Dave Orser has been the Instrumental Music Director at Holy Cross Catholic Secondary School in Kington, ONT for the past 20 years. He is a graduate of Queen’s University with Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education degrees. In addition to a number of prestigious provincial awards, the Holy Cross Jazz Ensemble and Wind Ensemble have been distinguished with international awards at Festivals of Music, Heritage Music, and Festival Disney events under his direction. Mr. Orser has been actively involved in the New York State Marching Band Conference as an arranger and an adjudicator for the past 10 years and has marched, taught, arranged, and adjudicated in the drum corps community for over 30 years. Mr. Orser was nominated for a Juno Award for outstanding teaching and his contributions to his school community.
