David Orser (Kingston, ON) was the Instrumental Music Director at Holy Cross Catholic Secondary School in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, for the past 31 years. In addition to many Kiwanis Music Festival Honours, the Holy Cross Bands received many distinguished national and international awards under his leadership. Orser is currently an Adjunct Curriculum Instructor and Faculty Liaison at Queen’s University and is an active adjudicator for Bands of America and Drum Corps International.
