Jennifer Witt
Jennifer Witt (Fort Wayne, IN) is the Senior Marketing Manager for Institutional Sales at Sweetwater, the nation’s largest online music technology and instrument retailer. In her role, she develops strategic initiatives to expand Sweetwater’s presence and reach audiences in the music education, house of worship, and non-profit sectors. She plays a key role in strategic partnerships, such as Sweetwater’s collaboration with Music for All and Bands of America, aimed at strengthening music education programs nationwide.
Over the course of her thirty-year career in marketing, media relations, and non-profit leadership, Witt has developed marketing campaigns and strategy for a broad range of industries, including food service, office and classroom furniture, public and transportation seating, as well as arts outreach organizations and religious institutions.
Before transitioning fully into music industry marketing in 2021, Witt was immersed in music education. Until 2023, she served as an Adjunct Professor of Flute at Mount Saint Mary’s University, performed with the Frederick Flute Choir, and worked prior to that as a flute instructor and marching band clinician at Penn Harris Madison Schools. Her hands-on experience inspiring students in the classroom and serving as a musician in worship venues gives her a unique perspective in her marketing work, allowing her to authentically connect with audiences, share what matters to them, and help grow their programs and ministries.
Witt’s contributions to both music education and marketing have been recognized throughout her career. She has received numerous accolades for her dedication to the arts and her innovative approach to marketing within the music industry. Her passion for music, education, and ministry continues to drive her work at Sweetwater, where she is committed to ensuring that musicians, educators, and worship leaders have the resources they need to change lives through the transforming power of music.
