Drew Solomonson
Drew Solomonson (Canton, GA) is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in arts administration. Born in Central Illinois, Solomonson was a member of the Phantom Regiment from 2001 to 2005. He then spent 11 years on the visual staff for Phantom Regiment from 2007 to 2018, the final two of those years as the visual caption head.
Solomonson serves as an instructor and clinician for various marching bands, competitions, and festivals across the country and is also an active drill designer, having written for numerous high schools and universities over the last 22 years. He is an adjudicator for Bands of America and Drum Corps International, as well as a member of the Gulf Coast Judges Association.
Solomonson currently lives in Canton, Georgia, with his wife, Sara, and their two children. For the last 11 years, he has served as the Manager of the Broyles Arts Center at The Westminster Schools in Atlanta.
