Debbie Lindner

Debbie Lindner (Austin, TX) is a healthcare revenue cycle executive, marching arts volunteer, and photographer from Austin, Texas. With more than 30 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations and revenue cycle management, she currently serves as Head of Revenue Cycle Services for a laboratory organization, where she leads operational strategy, team development, and financial performance initiatives.
Outside of her professional career, Lindner is deeply involved in the marching arts community through volunteerism, event support, and photography. What began as supporting her daughter’s band experience grew into a passion for serving students, educators, and families within marching band and winter guard programs. Over the past several years, she has volunteered countless hours supporting programs through competitions, prop construction, logistics, parent organizations, travel support, fundraising, and behind-the-scenes event operations.
Lindner is also an established marching arts photographer whose work focuses on capturing the emotion, artistry, dedication, and community that define the activity. She regularly photographs marching band, winter guard, and student activities throughout Texas and believes strongly in preserving meaningful moments for performers, educators, and families.
As someone whose primary career exists outside of music education, Lindner values the unique role that volunteers and community supporters play in helping performing arts programs thrive. She is passionate about servant leadership, supporting educators, encouraging students, and celebrating the transformative impact of the marching arts experience.
