Brad Huneycutt (McKinney, TX) is an active drill writer, music arranger, educational clinician, and program coordinator working with marching ensembles across the country. With over twenty years of experience in music education, he has served as a high school band director in Texas.

Huneycutt is an adjudicator for the Drum Corps International Summer Music Games and was a member of the DCI World Champion The Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps. He actively serves as a clinician and adjudicator for indoor and outdoor performing ensembles, including Music for All and Bands of America.

Huneycutt earned his Bachelor of Music from the University of Texas at Arlington and his Master of Music in Instrumental Conducting from Texas Christian University (TCU). He has held teaching positions at TCU, Prosper High School, William B. Travis High School, and Lake Highlands High School.

His concert ensembles have consistently received superior division ratings at University Interscholastic League Concert & Sight-Reading contests and have earned “Best in Class” distinctions at various regional concert festivals. Huneycutt’s marching ensembles have qualified for the UIL State Marching Contest and have been consistent finalists at Bands of America Regional and Grand National Championships.
