Abigail Brown is a special education teacher in Indianapolis, Indiana. She spends her days elevating amazing 6th-8th graders in math and reading, and then spends her evenings with more middle school students teaching color guard. Abigail is the director of the Brownsburg Cadet Guard and a staff member of the Avon Cadet Guard (designer/choreographer/technician).

Abigail was introduced to color guard and the pageantry arts as a member of the Washington High School Color Guard in Washington, Missouri. She continued her performing experience with Obsidian of Central Missouri (2016), Crossmen Drum & Bugle Corps (2017), and Lexis Winter Guard (2019-2020). Abigail has taught many color guards throughout Missouri and Kentucky including Blue Valley Southwest HS, Grain Valley HS, Tates Creek HS, Washington HS, and the University of Kentucky Wildcat Marching Band Color Guard.

2024 is Abigail’s 7th Summer Symposium: first as a camper, then as a SWAG, and now as a Color Guard Faculty member.
