Sal Adamo
Sal Adamo (Belleville, NJ) has over 40 years of involvement in the pageantry arts activity. He has designed and coordinated shows for drum corps, high school marching bands, and winter guards.
He has been an adjudicator for over 30 years and is qualified to judge all visual captions. He has adjudicated for all the premiere pageantry organizations, including Bands of America, Drum Corps Associates, Drum Corps International, Indiana State School Music Association, New Jersey Marching Band Directors Association, New York State Field Band Conference, and Winter Guard International (guard and percussion). Adamo has been a championship finals judge for all these organizations.
Adamo is a co-founder and serves as Chief Judge for the East Coast Judges Guild. In 2018, he was inducted into the New Jersey Drum Corps Hall of Fame. Since 2016, he has been the Visual Judge Coordinator for the New Jersey Marching Band Directors Association.
