Participant Care and Safety

Music for All is accountable for the way in which it exercises authority, manages risk, and protects participants from avoidable harm. All of our adjudicators and contracted staff understand the personal responsibility they have to help Music for All keep participants safe.

Music for All’s procedure for monitoring and verification of background checks will be processed for all Bands of America adjudicators and Music for All clinicians and contracted event staff. Tilson Inc., MFA’s Human Resources partner, will manage our process for background verification checks. Tilson uses Employment Background Investigations, Inc. (EBI) to process your background verification checks directly with each individual.

Direct Deposit Info

Music for All has joined bill.com, which will allow payments to go directly to your bank account. You will be receiving an initial email from bill.com. You will be asked to provide the banking information required to conduct direct deposits. The bill.com interface is secure with end-to-end encryption. Once logged-in, you will have the opportunity to make changes and check the status of your payments.

All Music for All/Bands of America payments will be made only through bill.com. We ask that you please have your profile completed by September 1.

We will also require for all of our contracted staff to provide us with a W-9 Form. Please email education@musicforall.org to be provided with a link to a W-9 Form.
