Mr. Fisher has been involved in the Pageantry Arts in one form or another for over 30 years. John has performed with several drum and bugle corps including the Harrisburg Westshoremen, 27th Lancers, the Madison Scouts and Reading Buccaneers. He was on staff with the Troopers Drum Corp based out of Casper, Wyoming. John also has instructed and designed for many high school units on the East coast.

He is a member of the National Judges Association and judges for the Northwest Pageantry Association, Northwest Association for Performing Arts and many other judging circuits throughout the United States. John also is an adjudicator for Winterguard International (WGI) and Music for All (BOA).
