Joe is currently an active consultant and educator for numerous marching bands and indoor winter groups. The groups with which he works have always made excellent progress, and are regular medalist contenders, including recent champions at the state level. He has a music education degree from Western Michigan University, and his marching experience includes the 2000 DCI World Champions, The Cavaliers. Joe has been involved with music and drill design for over 20 years.
