Frank Miller (Lakewood Ranch, Florida) is recognized primarily as a visual artist, clinician, and judge. Miller’s involvement in the marching music activity from student to teacher, designer, and consultant spans over five decades. Miller is an accredited adjudicator with some of the most esteemed judging and pageantry organizations around the globe, including Bands of America, Drum Corps International, and Winter Guard International. His work as a visual design specialist continues to focus on the importance of individual student training, design quality, and consistency of performance within a variety of marching music activities across the globe. In his professional life, Miller has served as Vice President of Miller Family Enterprises, Inc. since 2005 where he and his wife, Judy, own Miller’s, a fashion boutique in Southwestern Pennsylvania and Sarasota, Florida, where they focus on everything from party dresses to couture pageant apparel. Miller resides in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, with his lovely wife and is the proud father of two beautiful young women, and two grandchildren.
