Alex Quintero (Cooper City, FL) Alex Quintero is heard by thousands of spectators each year as a public address announcer for the marching arts. He started his announcing career in 2014 with the Florida Marching Band Championships and in 2018 began announcing with Bands of America. When not announcing, he records in his home studio as a professional voice actor. His voice has been featured in commercials on TV, radio, and online broadcast, promos, trailers, on-hold/IVR services, award videos and ceremonies, in-stadium broadcast, and more. He is proud to have been the featured voice for clients such as Delta Airlines, Cisco, The California State University, Texas A&M University Kingsville, and the Jacksonville Symphony among others. He participated in music through high school as a Saxophonist, Woodwind Choir Conductor, composer, arranger, Drum Major, and as a performer in the highest-level honor band at the University of South Florida’s Festival of Winds event. He became a Marching Chief at the Florida State University where he earned his degree in Professional Communication. Alex is thankful to continue being a part of music education by serving as a voice to the activity.
