An engaging demonstration lab presented for the educators, where Bobby Lambert will take the students through a summary of the day’s lessons.

Give your student musicians the tools to become confident, effective leaders within your ensemble. This interactive clinic explores practical leadership strategies for practice, rehearsal, and performance – helping students strengthen communication, build ensemble cutlure, take ownership, and positively influence those around them. You will begin to see the benefits from the first rehearsal. However the true benefits will come in building a community of compassion and culture of excellence for your program’s future.
